PRICING
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve
the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT
separately and include it in the total price.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other
relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing
structure shown elsewhere on this website.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All products are supplied subject to availability. A Matter Of Craft aim to
keep all advertised products in stock, but occasionally items may be
unavailable due to (but not limited to) supply problems. On occasion that an
order for an out of stock item has been placed, we will offer the option of
a refund, alternative product or placing a backorder for the items.
A Matter Of Craft aim to dispatch orders within one working day. This
timescale may increase during busy periods, which you will be notified of by
email. Orders will normally be delivered via Royal Mail or courier depending
on the size and value of your order. A Matter Of Craft will not be held
liable for failure or delay to deliver your order within the estimated
timescale.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
All purchases made from www.amatterofcraft.co.uk are backed by our 14 day
no-quibble money back guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied with your

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time
within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of
returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless the items were delivered
faulty or damaged, or there were shortages or discrepancies with your order.
In these circumstances we shall pay your reasonable costs of returning the
products to our warehouse.
The products must be returned unused and in their original packaging,
suitable for re-sale. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full
refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. The right to
return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been
used.
You must obtain a free proof of posting from Royal Mail which can used to
make a claim if the goods are lost or damaged in transit.
Under Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your
order within 7 days from the date of delivery by contacting A Matter Of
Craft by email to sales@amatterofcraft.co.uk
Refunds for returned items will be made to the debit or credit card used for
the original payment. Refunds will be made to your account within 10 working
days.
The provisions of our cancellation and returns policy do not affect your
statutory rights.
COPYRIGHT & LICENCE
You are permitted to print and download extracts from the A Matter Of Craft

these products can be sold.
